FinOptimal does not automatically delete anything when you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription in the app by navigating to the Subscription or Firm Subscription tabs on the lefthand menu.

Here are best practices for off-boarding each app:

Accruer

FinOptimal does not automatically delete entries when you cancel, but we do recommend removing future journal entries to avoid confusion. Once disconnected, Accruer will no longer update entries in QuickBooks.

Refer to the guide linked below on how to remove future entries.

Before the end of your Accruer subscription ensure that you:

Have set Record Entries Through to a Specific Date for each Workflow, and that date is not later than your subscription end date.
You download any reports you need from Accruer. Once you subscription ends, you will no longer have access to the platform.

Booker

Once cancelled, Booker will no longer update anything in QuickBooks. Your file will not be deleted, and you own the file, so you can do with it what you'd like.

To delete entries, write "delete" in each cell where journal entry amounts were previously populated and run Booker.

Wrangler

Once cancelled, Wrangler will no longer update any of your Google Sheets. Your file will not be deleted, and you own the file, so you can do with it what you'd like.
