Troubleshooting Booker
Booker shows "Error":
Check your email! Error notifications are automatically sent via Zendesk and will explain the root cause of the problem if known. Most Booker errors can be resolved by following the instructions in the error notification.
Booker shows "Complete" but no entries are in QuickBooks?!
1) Did you put in an Entry Label? Entry labels are required to book entries.
2) Are any of the dates greyed out in the Google Sheet? If they are grey, that means either QuickBooks or Booker are closed? Review your Workflow Close Date and Record Entries Through settings to make sure.
