Connecting Multiple QuickBooks

FinOptimal allows Companies and Firms to connect multiple instances of QuickBooks to FinOptimal, and navigate between them from one login.

For Companies

  1. Click "My Companies" on the lefthand menu.

  1. Then, click Connect to QuickBooks.

For Firms

  1. Click "My Clients" on the lefthand menu.

  1. Then, click Connect to QuickBooks.
