FinOptimal provides free support via our CustomerSuccess@finoptimal.com inbox and our weekly office hours.
Some Customers request additional support beyond the scope of what FinOptimal provides for free. We charge $250/hr for this work, which ranges from process consulting to custom workflow building.

Clean-up + Setup for Accruer
A new user inherited messy books from a predecessor and enlisted FinOptimal's help in cleaning up five (5) fixed asset accounts, the deferred revenue account, and setting up Accruer for all.

Booker + Wrangler Workflow
A user routinely downloaded a report, modified it, and posted JEs. It took 1-2 days per month to execute. FinOptimal created a process using Wrangler + Booker, including writing custom formulas in Google Sheets, to automate the data transformation, saving them days each month.

Wrangler Dashboard
A user manually downloaded several reports each month, then manually created rollups/management reports based on them. FinOptimal implemented Wrangler to stream the data, and wrote dynamic formulas with special toggles in Google Sheets to easily adapt the reporting without any manual work.
