Accounting Firm Members are granted multiple levels of access:

1) A specific role at the Firm level, and

2) Specific roles for each Company they support

Access at the Firm level is categorized in three user roles: 1) Primary Admin, 2) Administrator, or 3) Member.

Company Members can invite Accounting Firm Members to their Company's instance and grant them the role of either Administrator or Member.

If a Company Member grants an Accounting Firm Member the Administrator role for their Company, that Accounting Firm Member may add, modify, or remove users within that Company's Accruer instance.
